Three years of fresh aïr

In the three years since the aïr range of bi-fold and lift and slide doors was launched, the brand says that it has brought ‘fresh ideas’ to retail focused installers across the South East.

“Since the launch of aïr, an exclusive network of accredited retailers has been created from a shared vision with some of the most progressive home improvement companies,” explained Jay Patel, brand ambassador for aïr.

“We are hearing that more and more consumers are asking for stand-out products to create modern, dynamic living spaces and aïr fits the bill perfectly for retail-focussed companies looking to cater for this market.”

According to those responsible for bringing aïr to the market, it offers ‘boundless possibilities’ for style-conscious and design-savvy consumers, combining high-end design with proven performance.

Wider panes of glass and slimmer frames are said to make the most of ‘captivating views’, while aïr lift and slide doors offer an impressive 2.5m maximum sash width. Similarly, aïr bi-fold doors can create a 3m high floor to ceiling opening.

Designs can be personalised with aïrcoat, described as a dirt resistant, textured paint available in a range of colours, which is said to add a ‘stunning finish’ to aïr doors, and a range of premium hardware options.

With regards to performance, aïr features ‘U’ values as low as 1.0, interlocking weather seals to keep bad weather at bay, a Secured by Design standard locking system and anti-finger trap technology.

Jay continued: “aïr continues to evolve, with even more innovation in engineering, design options, and chances to see the doors in action at dedicated ‘aïrzones’. Our focus will always be on aïr’s values and how it helps the consumers of the future to choose aluminium doors that offer a captivating combination of timeless design and modern performance.

“Our aïr accredited retailers have been carefully selected so that aïr’s strong brand values are maintained even after purchase, through strong customer service and aftercare.”
