Dual colour demand

Residence 9 offers foiled dual colours as standard across the range, with options such as eclectic grey outside and life like English Oak on the inside helping to create the appearance of a composite window including through rebate foiling, yet with all the benefits of low maintenance PVC-U.

While grained white internal finishes amount for the larger proportion of sales, it’s the alternative options for English Oak or even the unique Cotswold Biscuit inside and No. 10 outside, that are really capturing the imagination of consumers. English Oak inside and out makes for the ultimate timber effect window with traditional joints and hardware, while other colour combinations offer the appearance of painted timber or composite windows and doors. Either way Residence 9 redefines the way in which we view PVCu window design, colour and form.

Sarah Hitchings, sales and marketing director of The Residence Collection commented: “Dual colour is much more than just a white internal grain as we have the most authentic timber effect window, numerous composite options and other design details that are unique to our collection.”

She continued: “As a small boutique systems house, we can afford to be led by product design and that’s something that enables our customers to build a better and more rewarding business model. With unrivalled marketing and a business support programme, we’re actively working together with our manufacturers and installers for joint success.”
