Bespoke brochures

Conservatory Outlet has launched a new suite of retail brochures. The brochures are said to boast unique artwork which is bespoke for each of its network members.

According to Conservatory Outlet, the new collection maps out ‘inspiration and guidance’ for homeowners, featuring the very latest extension styles and products represented through photography which is exclusive to the Conservatory Outlet Network.

The range features three separate brochures, comprising of ‘Living Spaces’ (extensions, conservatories and orangeries), ‘Windows and Feature Doors’, and ‘Front and Back Doors’.

Karen Clough, Conservatory Outlet marketing manager, said: “We’re absolutely delighted with the new brochures, which really reflect the individuality and local ethos of our network members.

“Our marketing team spent considerable time researching the latest marketing concepts from the retail home improvement sector and conducting focus groups with our network members to find out what they really wanted from their new point-of-sale materials.

“The result is something that has been truly shaped and moulded by our customers to support their journey with the homeowner.”

Conservatory Outlet says that each brochure will be exclusively branded for each retail partner throughout, with pages ‘dedicated to reflecting the unique personality and offer of its customers’.
This includes images of their showrooms and staff, details of their flexible finance options, and the characteristics that make their company different.

Other features are said to include a new photography portfolio that mirrors up-to-date market trends, including energy efficient solid roof systems, skylights, aluminium and coloured frames.

Dedicated sections on energy efficiency, security and hardware have also been upgraded from the previous content to echo the expanding product range offered by Conservatory Outlet, with specific guidance on Secured by Design, British Standards and ‘U’ Values.

The brochures will be printed perfect-bound in landscape orientation with uncoated outers and inners, resulting in a ‘modern and luxurious’ feel.

Retail partner, Richard Manser, from 5 Star Windows and Conservatories commented: “We were thrilled to be asked to work closely with the CO marketing team to achieve a stunning set of brochures that really showcases the lifestyle extensions our business is known for. With the flexibility to add and change what we like to bring to life the character of our business, our brochures now sit perfectly along-side our website and showroom, completing the five star feel! We’re are certain we’ll see a difference in sales conversions with this powerful new tool.”
