Evolution training proves a hit Glazerite Windows recently invited a handful of its customers to a training day at The Beeches Hotel in Bournville, Birmingham to learn the ‘ins and outs’ of the latest additions to its key ordering system. Part of a series of regional training days, it reportedly proved to be the ‘perfect platform’ to explain the capabilities and key features of the Wellingborough based fabricator’s software. One crucial element of the ‘omnichannel’ approach, says Eurocell, is to share marketing resources so that trade customers can benefit from its expertise and research and tailor these to their own customer base.
