But it’s not all about winning awards. Our continued success lies in our ability to offer a true partnership approach to our customers – we’re working hard to develop unique hardware solutions that really help our customers sell security as a critical feature. It’s incredibly competitive out there and grabbing a percentage of the home improvement economy is an everyday challenge for our customers. Our job is to give them the edge. 2015 will be a fantastic year for this business, we’re doing everything we can to put ERA back on the map, but we’re doing it with product innovation and first-class service – the very ethos that will drive this business into a prosperous and happy 2015. Martin Hitchin, chief executive, Rehau After a really successful 2014, Rehau recently revealed a large scale restructuring and a new senior management team to take us forward into 2015 and beyond. We are implementing a national sales campaign and are introducing a faster and more responsive product development programme. What this primarily means for the market this year is that we will be able to help even more customers take advantage of the new opportunities which will arise as confidence continues to strengthen and consumer spending increases. This will be particularly evident in the commercial sector where we will be looking to transfer expertise from one region to another.
