STRONG DEMAND FOR WALK-ON ROOFLIGHT PRODUCTS

Toughened glass specialist, TuffX, has reported
a recent surge in orders for its fl at and walk-on
roofl ight products, claiming that lockdown has
had no negative impact on customer demand for
its contemporary high-end products.
Since Tuffx’s launch of its roofl ights range –
now branded Infi nity – at the end of 2018, the
company says that there has been a steady and
ongoing increase in demand for both its fl at and
walk-on versions.
This upward trend has continued throughout
2020 despite the challenges and disruptions the
year has brought.
TuffX’s Infi nity roofl ights are designed to
increase the fl ow of natural light into the home
and offer an effective modern alternative to roof
lanterns when forming part of an orangery or full
rear extension, or for basement conversions and
roof terraces.
The range is said to have proved increasingly
popular with homeowners as well as builders
and installers, thanks to its sleek, contemporary
yet low-maintenance aluminium fi nish, along
with a hassle-free ‘drop and bolt’ installation that
requires no additional assembly on site.
“As people are spending more time in their
homes they’re approaching builders and window
installers with a view to making discerning home
improvements with money they've saved from
cancelled holidays and activities,” said TuffX’s
