A good Sign

Trade and retail fabricator, Sign Windows, says its business has been ‘transformed’ since moving to Deceuninck. Following a management buy-out in 2019, the Leicester fabricator set ambitious growth plans and is said to have switched to Deceuninck to capitalise on the growing premium sector. Within the first year, Sign claims its turnover has increased by over 65%.

Jake Dickman, production manager at Sign Windows, said: “We saw the market changing: all the growth is at the top end with colour and premium products. We knew we needed a better product offering to tap into this market and Deceuninck was the logical choice.

“We weren’t expecting switching systems to be an easy process but Deceuninck’s technical support and customer service were second-to-none. The team made the whole process simple and problem free!”

Sign Windows fabricates and sells Deceuninck’s Flush Sash window, Flush Sash door, 2800 series and 2500 series. The fabricator says these products, along with Deceuninck’s wide colour range, are ‘extremely popular’ with both trade customers and homeowners:

“Customers love Deceuninck’s products and they’re easy to manufacture and install,” said Jake. “Colour from Deceuninck is just brilliant – it doesn’t matter which colour you pick, you know it’s going to be there on the next delivery. Even with special colours we only have to wait three to four weeks which compared to the rest of the industry is incredible! We’ve seen fantastic growth since moving to Deceuninck and we’re confident we’ll continue to grow.”

Deceuninck MD, Rob McGlennon, said: “Sign Windows has seen phenomenal growth of over 65% since moving to Deceuninck. They were quick to realise they needed the right products, colours and support to build sales. The team at Sign has a real drive to succeed and, coupled with their hard work and customer-friendly approach, this has helped fuel their growth.”
