Ultraroof is number one for customer care

The support package available to installers of the Ultraroof tiled roofing system from Ultraframe was declared the Customer Care Initiative of the year at the 2019 G Awards.

Ultraframe marketing director, Alex Hewitt, said: “Myself and the whole team at Ultraframe are absolutely thrilled to see our Ultraroof system win at the G Awards. As the industry’s longest standing awards ceremony, it’s a real honour to have our hard work recognised on a national scale. Customer Care is at the heart of everything we do at Ultraframe – it’s the main consideration when designing new products and putting together the support packages to help our customers survey, fit and sell them, and so to be recognised for this at our ‘industry’s Oscars’ is tremendously rewarding. We’d like to offer our congratulations to the other winners too, following a fantastic evening celebrating the very best of our industry.”

Ultrapanel, a key component in the Ultraroof tiled roof system was also shortlisted for New Product of the Year at the G Awards following its win in the Technical Innovation category at the Conservatory & Orangery Awards.

Ultraframe has enjoyed a run of recognition in 2019 for the Ultraroof system. February saw it declared the tiled roofing system preferred by 8 out of 10 homeowners during independent research, in October the system won two awards at the Conservatory & Orangery awards, and finally the G Award win at the end of November was said to be ‘a fitting end’ to the successful year.
