Window Supply Company’s new sales director

Window and door manufacturer Window Supply Company (WSC) has announced the appointment of Sarah Starkey to the role of sales director – England. Sarah is responsible for establishing WSC south of the border, developing the company’s sales strategy, and building the WSC brand. Initially Sarah will focus on opening a dedicated new distribution centre and expanding the company’s trade counter network in England.

With more than 25 years’ experience in the UK fenestration sector, Sarah brings a wealth of experience to the role. As founding managing director of a successful UK glazing business, Sarah established Wales-based Victorian Sliders. From there, Sarah joined Synseal as business development manager for its fabricated products division, driving sales to over £8m. Later, Sarah joined Stevenswood in several regional sales director roles. She then moved on to Essex-based window manufacturer Iceni, as national sales manager.

Duncan Murray, WSC’s CEO, said: “Sarah brings a profound wealth of industry experience to the role and a fantastic insight into the English market, which will be key for us in establishing our presence down south. Sarah joins us at a pivotal time as we seek to capitalise on increased market demand and make significant investments in people, technology and infrastructure as a platform for growth.”
