BWF TO LEAVE CONSTRUCTION CONFEDERATION
The British Woodworking Federation (BWF) has voted to leave the Construction Confederation. The landmark decision came about as the Construction Confederation has increasingly focused on the contracting side of the construction industry, while the priorities of BWF members centre on their role as product manufacturers.

A GREAT DAY OUT
National trade fabricator Crystal Direct recently put on a polo tournament event for friends, family, customers, suppliers, and trade media. The Crystal Cup, which took place on July 20, was held at Hertfordshire Polo Club. Playing against professional Argentines, chairman Martin Randall and his all-English team won by a whisker after several fast-paced chukkas.
