According to Royal Oak Joinery, bi-fold doors have become increasingly popular with its clients over the last few years and the company says it has been using Tommafold door systems for all its latest installations.

Tommafold offers fast instalment with carrier and guide hinges that are pre-assembled and locked into position.
Richard Deane added: “We see Tommafold folding door systems as a real point of difference for our business. It all started when I installed a set in our family home, we photographed them and promoted them. Our customers request them because they really open up the house during summer and are a real talking point as they look so different to regular doors, they certainly add a premium feel to houses.”
Tommafold has a patented, ‘superior’, hinge handle set that offers a substantial forged handle and matching hinge set. This design is exclusive to Runners, based in Buckingham, the sole distributors for the UK and Europe.
