Door and window hardware manufacturer MACO has announced some changes within its team.
Craig Bryant, Product Service and Innovation Manager, will be transitioning to a new role focused on driving growth in new areas of the business. Craig has been a cornerstone of MACO for the past 36 years, building a strong reputation in the fenestration industry.
As a result of this shift in focus for Craig, Jemma Brookes as become the new Head of Product Management. Jemma has been with MACO for six years, serving as Product Manager for doors and sliding doors, and has consistently demonstrated her expertise and dedication. She is enthusiastic about her new challenge and is committed to continuing the high standards set by Craig.
“I want to express my thanks to MACO for their support, collaboration, and encouragement during my time here,” said Jemma. “The experiences and knowledge I have gained have been invaluable, and I am deeply appreciative of the opportunities I have had to grow both personally and professionally.
“I am incredibly enthusiastic about this new chapter and the challenges it brings. Leading the Product Management team aligns perfectly with my career goals, and I am eager to contribute to our company’s success in new ways. The best part is that I will continue to work closely with all of you, especially Craig Bryant, as our journey together continues.”
To support Jemma’s transition into her new role, Craig will remain actively involved in the transition period, alongside his new focus area, to ensure a smooth handover.
