Leads 2 Trade, the UK’s leading provider of double-qualified sales leads to home improvement installers, has launched a new service to allow installers to maximise their existing customer data.
The new offering enables installers to utilise Leads 2 Trade’s experienced call centre team to convert their unqualified, out-of-area or dormant data into confirmed appointments – paying only an appointment booking fee rather than a standard lead charge.
“Innovation has always been at the heart of everything we do at Leads 2 Trade,” said Andy Royle, Director and co-founder of Leads 2 Trade. “For nearly 19 years, we’ve consistently evolved our services to meet the changing needs of the industry while staying true to our core purpose: connecting homeowners with trusted local installers.”
The service has been designed with simplicity and compliance in mind. Under GDPR regulations, installers’ data remains 100% theirs, with Leads 2 Trade acting purely as a processor.
“We use the data solely for the purpose it’s intended – qualifying and booking appointments for the installer’s business,” explained Andy. “Once the job is done, the data is either returned or securely erased, whichever the customer prefers.”
The company’s experienced call centre team, which has been at the forefront of its operation for almost two decades, will work with installers on bespoke scripts to reflect their brand and approach, while all calls are recorded for quality assurance.
“Whether installers have older data that hasn’t been touched in a while or new leads that haven’t been followed up, our team can help them unlock their potential without adding pressure on their in-house resources,” said Andy. “In essence, we become an extended arm of their business.”
Another major benefit of the service is how it handles leads that are either “out of area” or for product types that the installer does not offer – a common challenge many face.
With Leads 2 Trade, these leads don’t go to waste. Once qualified, Leads 2 Trade can sell them to other members of its trusted network who can service them. The original installer then earns a percentage split of the revenue generated. This effectively turns unusable data into a new income stream – one that can be reinvested into marketing activities to generate more relevant leads in the installer’s chosen area and for the right products.
The company plans to extend this service across its other verticals, including plumbing, heating and solar installations.
