Issue 2 is here

vbhVBH has unveiled Issue 2 of its catalogue of hardware and ancillaries for the manufacture and installation of PVC-U windows, doors and patio doors.
According to VBH, much has changed with its range since the publication of Issue 1, and although many ‘stalwart’ products carry through from that first issue, the majority are said to be new. The company’s own greenteQ range is said to have ‘expanded hugely’ and features heavily with products for all frame types.

VBH says it ‘built its business on being a major distributor of branded hardware’ and believes that the catalogue ‘does much to reinforce the message that this is still the case, despite the emergence of greenteQ’.

According to VBH, there is no shortage of branded hardware from its key market partners. New developments such as manual and automatic door locks, door handles, one and three-star profile cylinders, security handles, letterboxes, parallel sliding and bi-fold patio systems, folding openers, security window locks, shootbolts and even cat flaps from well known brands such as Dr. Hahn, Hoppe, Roto, Siegenia, Yale, Maco and others all feature.

Readers may notice that there is no tilt and turn section. VBH advises that, due to the large number of tilt and turn options on offer, it has produced stand-alone tilt and turn catalogues for each of the three tilt and turn brands that it distributes. Each of these catalogues includes systems for PVC-U, timber and aluminium windows.

VBH marketing manager, Gary Gleeson, commented: “The input from our market partners, in particular Roto-Frank, Siegenia, Strand and Yale, has helped to make PVCu Window & Door Hardware & Ancillaries Issue 2 our most product-packed, exciting and comprehensive yet. We’re sure that the industry will find it to be a useful tool for the office or workbench.”
