Central RPL and ASL merge to form Central Window Systems

West-Bromwich based fabricators, Central RPL and Central ASL have merged to form Central Window Systems.

Central RPL manufacturers windows, doors and conservatories from the Optima Range by Profile 22, and APL provides aluminium windows, doors, and flat roof systems. Both are owned by the Boing Boing Group.

“RPL and ASL are both outstanding fabrication businesses. Both offer a huge range of market-leading products, backed with first-class technical expertise, and one of the most experienced management teams in the window industry,” commented Gary Morton, CEO of the Boing Boing Group.

“We believe that by combining the two, we can provide a better service to our many customers.

“Often, we speak to installers who buy PVC-U products from us but have no idea we have a sister company that specialises in aluminium, and vice versa.

“By becoming Central Window Systems, installers will benefit from the full extent of the fantastic windows and doors we supply, and we’ll be able to offer more joined up service across the board.

“We’d like to reassure our existing customers that any disruption will be minimal – you’ll continue dealing with the same experienced people, and any changes will be positive ones.

“The rebrand will come into effect from February, as we start our new financial year. We look forward to introducing the industry to Central Window Systems in what we’re confident will be a very successful 2021.”
