Conservatory Outlet, a Yorkshire-based manufacturer of windows, doors and other home improvement products, has passed its ISO 9001:2015 assessment.

The company said that this marked another year that it has achieved this globally recognised standard for quality management.

According to a statement, organisations must demonstrate their ability to provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements to achieve this International Standard. They also need to enhance the satisfaction of their customers through the effective application and implementation of systems.

Scott Brittain, Conservatory Outlet’s group head of technical, quality and continuous improvement, said: “This achievement underlines how committed the company is to the quality management system, ensuring that our Premium Retail Network and their customers receive market-leading products that truly are best-in-class in terms of performance, quality and security.

“The assessors were once again delighted with our exceptionally high standards. We’re thrilled with the feedback that we’ve received and we’re looking forward to working towards renewing and gaining further qualifications in 2024.”
