Emplas says it will give installers the opportunity to find out about the very latest in product innovation and its potential to improve sales, plus new customer support initiatives at ‘The Opportunities Conference’ on Tuesday 8 March.

This year’s event will kick-off with a market update from Profile 22, including an analysis of trends so far this year, plus forecasts for 2016. It will also include a sneak preview of the launch of new products from Profile 22 ahead of their unveiling at this year’s FIT Show in April.

This will be followed by an analysis of opportunities in the conservatory sector by Ultraframe, which will also give an overview of product development.
But the star attraction at this year’s event will be EVA. “We’ll introduce EVA to our customers in person at this year’s conference,” said Jody Vincent, national sales manager, Emplas.

“We have a huge amount to talk about and a new support package which we know is going to drive a massive change in the way that we support customer lead generation,” he continued.

Emplas will also feedback performance levels. The benchmarking exercise last year found that product quality was rated good or excellent by 98.7% of respondents compared to an industry average of 78.6%. Complete and on time deliveries similarly gave Emplas 97.2% compared to a 71.4% industry average.

It is also an opportunity for existing Emplas customers to get a sense of the scale of Emplas’ trade offer, which extends from Livin Room and orangery/conservatory hybrid offers to casements.

Jody concluded: “This is an opportunity for our customers to get together, to share experience and best practice and to take away ideas that we believe will serve them well now and into the future.

“It’s also an opportunity to find out more about what we’re planning for 2016 and how it’s going to help them win business with major, new support initiatives.”
