‘Skylight spectacle’ draws thousands in Birmingham

sunsquareRooflight supplier Sunsquare’s ‘skylight spectacle’ at Grand Designs Live Birmingham 2014, has been hailed a success, reportedly drawing thousands of prospective clients to the company’s biggest Grand Designs stand yet.

,With over 200 project entries into its bespoke skylight competition and over a thousand live enquiries, Sunsquare says it will have a particularly busy end to what has been a landmark year for the manufacturer.

,Justin Seldis, managing director of Sunsquare, commented: “We spoke to easily over 5,000 people during the show. It’s great being able to talk face-to-face with clients about their projects. We were also pleasantly astounded by the number of other exhibitors approaching us to become Sunsquare distributors.”

,With six product lines now fully BSI accredited to standard BS 635-1:2009, and still the only skylight manufacturer to have its products accredited, visitors were reportedly ‘impressed’ by the quality and durability of Sunsquare’s skylights.

,The Pyramid skylights were by far the most popular, with sales figures significantly exceeding initial expectations. Commenting on the popularity of the Pyramid skylight, Justin added: “Our Pyramid skylights are now pitched from as low as 30°, making them the most unobtrusive pyramid style rooflight on the market. They are also available in single panes up to 1,500mm in width and 3,000mm in depth and have exceptional thermal performance.”

,Already booked for Grand Designs Live Birmingham 2015, Sunsquare’s design team have set themselves the task of creating yet another impressive display.
