Stedek is celebrating its 30th anniversary.

The company was founded in 1994 in Walsall by Steve Page and Derek Anson. They met while working at a local window fabricator.

Then, when Derek left to pursue new challenges, Steve ran the business as managing director until 2016, when he handed his responsibilities to his children, Emily Page and Alex Page.

Alex said: “The business dad handed over to us had a very clear set of values. Quality is everything. Attention to detail is paramount.

“We simply took what he’d started and modernised it – bringing in even more great products, and working to maintain the same great service.”

It was around that time that Stedek began offering The Residence Collection. In the years that followed, Stedek developed what it came to call Residence Excellence – R9, R7 and R2 windows.

Alex continued: “Today, the Stedek range is bigger than it’s ever been. As The Residence Collection has continued to expand, we’ve expanded with them – we now offer their complete suite of windows, and are in the process of adding another new Residence door to the offering.

“On the PVC-U front, we’re proud to partner with Aluplast, another excellent supplier, and we’ve seen strong demand for their products, especially their flush sash windows.

“The future will bring challenges, it always does, but we’re fully confident that Stedek will rise to them and continue striving to become Britain’s most quality-focused fabricator.”
