Stevenswood continues to grow

Stevenswood is expanding across central England, in a move that should create more job and help more installers. The PVC-U and aluminium window, door, glass, conservatory supplier has opened two new sites this year, to serve trade professionals in Kettering and Worcester. These joined existing branches in Birmingham and Minworth. The firm anticipates the number of counters in the midlands doubling from four to eight by the end of 2022.

The opening of the new trade counters is being overseen by Richard Bunn, the new area manager for England Central. Richard has a wealth of experience, having once owned his own conservatory fabrication business, as well as having had previous roles within other industry businesses.

Richard said: “I am delighted to have taken on this role, and am excited to get the chance to bring more team members on board over the course of the year. I have found Stevenswood to be a really fulfilling place to work, that offers stability, positivity and the chance for a rewarding career.”

Following the opening of the new sites, Stevenswood will have more than 30 branches across the country, from Inverness in the north of Scotland to Gosport on the south coast of England. The company is also scouting further sites.

Will Gold, Stevenswood’s managing director, said: “Our investment in top-quality products, and top-quality people, is really paying off as we continue to grow across the UK. This latest expansion, overseen by Richard, is yet more evidence of our commitment to installers across the country and to our confidence in the sector.”

Stevenswood trade counters stock PVC-U profiles (Rehau and Duraflex), REAL Aluminium, Atlas Lantern roofs, Ultraframe and Supalite roofs, and a range of roofline and ancillary products. For more information, see stevenswood.co.uk.
