Epwin Group paid a visit to Flintshire based home improvement company, Flintshire Windows recently in celebration of a 20-year partnership.
A commemorative plaque was presented to director, Dennis Hynes, by Epwin’s Katrina Earl and Total Glass’ sales and marketing manager, Phil Creswell, to thank him for being a customer for more than two decades.
Not only is Flintshire Windows celebrating this milestone anniversary, but also the opening of a new showroom at its North Wales site. Dennis Hynes, explained: “Up until recently we had mostly worked with local councils and a showroom wasn’t really necessary for us. As part of our plans for growth, we are starting to focus more on the retail side of the business and decided a showroom would be a good place for our customers to come and see who we are and what we can offer.
“With displays of windows and composite doors, we are hoping to ‘officially’ open the showroom in the next couple of months, but from customers we have had coming in to the office and seeing it so far, we have had great feedback. We are also really grateful to have the support from Total Glass and Epwin providing banners and advertising for the new showroom once we open.”
Katrina Earl, northern regional manager for Epwin Window Systems, added: “I am very happy to be working with such a loyal customer, Flintshire Windows, with over 20 years in partnership and attributing to their success is an outstanding achievement and milestone.
