Ultraframe reports significant uplift in leads and web traffic

With the industry currently experiencing a strong surge in activity from the retail sector post lockdown, and with online searches for conservatories and patio doors at a record high, Ultraframe has reported a significant uplift in web traffic and leads.

Alex Hewitt, marketing director at the Clitheroe based conservatory and orangery specialist, said that web traffic from homeowners is up by 78%, and that leads from the website for Ultra Installers had also risen by 85%.

“Over the lockdown we helped over 80 customers with our lockdown toolkit which we developed to help them sell remotely and build a pipeline,” said Alex. “No doubt, there are challenging times ahead for everyone as we all feel the after effects of the lockdown. However, these stats are signs that homeowners are ready to talk and our customers can do this safely and efficiently going forward.”

Ultraframe, which began a phased re-opening of its factory on 11 May, also acquired the Global, Celsius and Stratus roofing products from Aperture Trading (formerly Synseal) at the beginning of May.
