David Alexander, Jack Aluminium Systems' technical support engineer

Jack Aluminium Systems has appointed David Alexander as its new technical support engineer.

David has over 20 years experience in the technical field. The company said that he is to provide extensive knowledge and support to help provide customers with hands-on training, while dealing with any queries.

He will also work within Jack Aluminium System’s newly launched workshop. The workshop, which supports the company’s range of commercial and domestic products, will be dedicated to product research, development and sample supply to customers.

“I’m really looking forward to getting stuck in with the team at Jack Aluminium Systems,” said David. “I know it’s been an exciting time for the team over the past year, with product launches and the move to a bigger factory space, and I’m looking forward to being a part of developing new products that will help achieve ambitious growth targets.”

Andy Short, director at Jack Aluminium Systems, added: “We’re really pleased to have David as part of the team. Not only will his role within the technical team play a huge part in helping us provide more support to our customers, but we are looking forward to utilising his experience in the research and development field, as we have ambitious plans to grow our product range.

“A lot of work has gone into creating a range of aluminium systems for both residential and commercial applications, but we still have plans to create a whole suite of systems that will provide our customers with a solution for all of their needs, and David will play a pivotal part in helping us get there.”
