Supercharged marketing team

Ultraframe has expanded its marketing team by appointing Laura Peel, an experienced assistant brand manager. Laura joined the Clitheroe-based conservatory and extension specialist’s existing Ultraframe and Wendland brand managers late last year.

“I started in the Fabricator First team, which was a great introduction to the business,” explained Laura. “But I was missing marketing, so I jumped at the chance to join the marketing team when the opportunity arose.

“The role is extremely varied, and I get to work on a range of Ultraframe marketing projects, including new product launches, supercharging our customers, the Ultra Installer Scheme and, currently, working on our Fit Show stand. I think there are some fantastic opportunities here at Ultraframe and would like to grow within the team and see where that takes me!”

Supporting its customers with high-quality marketing support has long been a focus for Ultraframe, and a key part of the offering to customers. In addition to more standard items such as literature and workwear, there is a strong focus on investing in the latest technology to allow customers to stand out and compete in the market.

Some of the digital tools available to Ultraframe customers that were originally launched as part of a Lockdown Toolkit, but are still highly popular today, include a live chat/chatbot, a quoting engine, a virtual appointment system and interactive content blocks. A range of webinars are also available to help installation companies make the most of the tools available, and learn more about the company’s extensive range of conservatory and extension systems.

Alex Hewitt, Ultraframe’s marketing director, added: “Laura brings a wealth of experience to the team, having held marketing manager roles at several well-known hospitality brands in the past. I am extremely proud that we do much of our marketing in-house thanks to the experience of the team, and Laura is a fantastic addition to our pool of marketing talent.” To find out more about Ultraframe’s marketing support, email marketing@ultraframe.co.uk.
