The answer to the question: ‘What am I worth?’ may be more than you think, according to fenestration industry recruitment specialist, Chase Taylor.

According to Chase Taylor, with demand from potential employers higher than it’s ever been, there’s no better time than now to consider your credentials as an employee.

It’s not just the actual salary you bring home that forms part of your package, but the car you drive, bonus opportunities, private healthcare, promotion opportunities and even training and development. In 2015 to date, Chase Taylor says it has placed more than 80 candidates, each receiving on average a £4,752 pay rise.

A number of candidates have reportedly been placed into more senior roles as part of their career advancement and the recruitment specialist says it is still looking for candidates eager to seek new opportunities, as well as those looking to assess their current package.

Mat Gibson, managing director of Chase Taylor, commented: “We’re in the people business and not to make a quick win. It’s fundamental to us that we’re able to seek the talent that lies within our industry and to assess exactly what people are worth. If you’re not sure then contact us today for a free assessment.”
