Digital Classic Roof support

Ultraframe has further enhanced its support package for users of its Classic Roof system. The system has recently been relaunched with a new product features, as well as support that includes its electronic structural design guide (ESDG), a range of digital selling tools to help installers sell Classic Roofs remotely, and a series of webinars to enhance customer knowledge.

The ESDG aims to allow Classic Roof customers to determine how big openings for doors can be for the roof to be structurally sound. It calculates the maximum unsupported spans possible on a conservatory or extension for each face of the eaves. Previously, Classic users needed to refer to a generic chart to find this valuable and crucial information.

Explaining further, Alex Hewitt, Ultraframe’s marketing director, said: “Ultraframe has always prided itself on offering excellent marketing support, and this all started with the Classic System. It’s now 25 years since we gained BBA accreditation for the system and over the years, we’ve continued to support Classic users with many other initiatives, such as the first overprinted retail brochures in our sector, the certificate of authenticity, and digital tools such as the Ultraframe sales app. More recent additions to our Classic support package have been designed around remote working, and we’re sure that they will be a great help to Classic users during these challenging trading times.”

New selling tools have been added to Ultraframe’s digital ‘lockdown toolkit’ too. Additions include detailed emails about Classic, to send out after an enquiry, and a proposal generator that is pre-loaded with Classic system content.

Ultraframe Classic Roof users can also take advantage of a series of webinars to enhance their knowledge about the system, and to ensure they are fully equipped to take advantage of the support available to them during lockdown and beyond. The webinars, which cover everything from surveying to selling online, are available to all Ultraframe Classic customers free of charge, and are simple to register for.
