Cuckoo now available

Cuckoo, the new online marketing support centre from Ultraframe, is now available to assist Ultraframe installers with their marketing requirements.

Ultraframe believes that the system will revolutionise the way that its customers do their marketing by allowing them to quickly and easily create fully bespoke marketing collateral – including bulk emails – at the click of the button. Other items available to purchase and personalise through Cuckoo include fully joined up marketing campaigns, retail literature and a range of point of sale items.

Alex Hewitt, marketing director at Ultraframe, said: “We’ve developed our new Cuckoo system to help our installer customers really build their brands by giving them the tools to successfully generate leads, as well as convert them to deliver real results. Our customers are busy people, with some carrying out multiple roles within the company, and so anything we can do to make their lives easier is always welcomed. Cuckoo allows Ultraframe installers to create professional marketing materials and not only saves them time, but also the expense of hiring a marketing agency.”

Using the system is said to be ‘extremely simple’, with the Ultraframe marketing team setting up a user’s account, including uploading their logo and contact details. Visitors to the portal then simply login, select the item they want to personalise, and ‘within a few clicks’, they have a fully bespoke item.

The retail brochures in particular can be highly personalised, with installers able to choose images from the Ultraframe database or upload their own imagery, as well as adding new sections for other products such as windows and doors if required. Ultraframe customers can change the colourway of the brochure to fit with their own branding, as well as amending much of the text and imagery to create a piece of literature that is completely personal to them. As well as being able to order printed copies at a cost-effective rate, Cuckoo users can also save a pdf of their bespoke brochure completely free of charge for use on their website or sending out with quotes.

Alex concluded: “Uptake to Cuckoo has been fantastic since we launched it and more and more users are signing up for a Cuckoo account every day. Using Cuckoo means no more hunting around for professional images, hiring expensive copywriters and design agencies, or having to come up with creative concepts because we’ve done it for them. The bulk email function is one which we’re sure will prove to be highly popular, allowing users to select from a range of pre-designed templates across various products and topics, and then send them out to a target list. Cuckoo boasts its own reporting system where installers can see how many emails were opened and by whom, and GDPR compliance has been taken care of for total peace of mind. The next phase of Cuckoo’s development will see us offering an own-branded version to Ultraframe fabricators and we have received extremely positive feedback about this next development.”

Items available through Cuckoo to date include showroom wall graphics, pull up banners, large posters, advertorials that can be used in local press, leaflets, ad templates, web banners, Facebook header images, email templates, conservatory and extension samples, an extensive database of professional imagery and standard Ultraframe-branded brochures.
