Endurance launches ‘next generation’ software

Endurance Doors has unveiled its ‘next generation’ Touch Portal and door designer. It has been developed with software partner Business Micros, after a carefully and well-thought-out development programme.

The new platform, which is soon to be live on the Endurance Doors website, is fully mobile responsive and can facilitate a virtual home. This functionality allows for multiple external and internal images to be uploaded on to a desktop, laptop, tablet or phone, onto which a bespoke, high-resolution Endurance Door, generated by the software, can be added, to provide a scaled visual representation for any door project.

For installer partners, there’s also added functionality to the door designer process and office back end. It’s a far easier platform to navigate when ordering online, and to view and amend orders and quotes. It also allows for automatically building in mark up and fitting costs, helping to generate professionally branded quotations ‘effortlessly’.

The Touch Portal aims to do much more than a typical door designer, helping to manage the lead generation process in one place, and to turn enquiries into quotes and firm orders. Additional users can be added to the platform, while direct access to online resources allows for brochures and marketing materials to be sent to homeowners quickly.
