Framepoint enquiries up 80%

Tommy Trinder, the technology business behind the Installer-Award-winning Framepoint app, has seen an 80% increase in enquiries about its app compared to last summer, the business’ representative has reported. Tom Barfield, Tommy Trinder’s business development consultant, has carried out more than double the number of demos of the firm’s Framepoint app over the summer than in the same period last year.

“Market sentiment is definitely changing,” said Tom. “With the threat of recession, installers are looking to shore up conversion rates and keep growth on track by bringing in tools that give them a competitive edge. As the market tightens, we’re expecting to see demand for Framepoint continue to strengthen.”

Tommy Trinder’s patented and award-winning Framepoint technology allows users to free draw PVC-U, aluminium and timber windows and doors with a finger or mouse, just like sketching on a pad. Ironmongery, colour and bar options can be visualised and priced in real time and, in a tap, installers can show clients how their new windows and doors will look in situ.

“It’s about making the most out of every lead,” Tom added. “Installers are looking for software that will wow customers and help them stand out from the crowd. It feels like Framepoint has a significant part to play in keeping installers ahead in uncertain times.”

Carl Tucker, MD of TNT Windows in Stafford, agreed: “Having Framepoint brings you onto a different level,” said Carl. “It makes you look professional.

“Customers appreciate the quality of the quote. And I can show them the quality of the products without having to take out sample windows!” Installers interested in finding out more about Framepoint can book a free demo with Tom Barfield at tommytrinder.com/demo.
