Super Spacer Alpha warm edge spacer from Edgetech UK has made it a hat-trick of award nominations, as a finalist alongside Rolls Royce in the Insider Made in the UK Awards and the Coventry Telegraph Business Awards.

Having already won Manufacturing Innovation of the year at Insider’s Made in the Midlands Awards in May, Edgetech’s new warm edge space bar has been shortlisted for Advanced Manufacturing Innovation at the national Insider Made in the UK Awards, and for the Manufacturing Award in the Coventry Telegraph Business Awards. The company has also been nominated for the Coventry Telegraph Enterprise Award.

Andy Jones, managing director at Edgetech UK, said: “Edgetech works with customers to improve the manufacture of thermally efficient windows and today approximately one third of all warm edge windows sold in the UK use Edgetech Super Spacer. Having already won Manufacturing Innovation of the year for Super Spacer Alpha, to also be shortlisted for Advanced Manufacturing Innovation, Manufacturing and Enterprise recognises Edgetech as a leader in its field.”

The Coventry Telegraph Business Awards will be announced at a dinner hosted by comedian, Dominic Holland at The Ricoh Arena in June and The Insider Made in the UK Awards will be presented at St. Georges Hall in Liverpool in July.
