Rehau’s 2014 Authorised Partners of the Year are Chatsworth Windows, which has won the Fabricator and Installer of the Year title for the fifth consecutive year, and Sedgefield Windows, which has been named Installer of the Year for the first time.
Both companies scored the highest satisfaction ratings in customer questionnaires supplied direct to Rehau and can now proudly display their winners’ logos on their vans, in their showrooms and on their websites.
Irene Smith, Rehau’s marketing communications manager, says the Authorised Partner scheme encourages best practice throughout the network of fabricators and installers who are members.
Used alongside the annual Authorised Partner audit carried out by Rehau’s sales team, the customer satisfaction questionnaires are said to be a ‘fair and independent’ way of monitoring and analysing members’ performance.
As in previous years, the questionnaires in 2014 revealed an overwhelmingly positive response from customers, with a high proportion of companies achieving the very highest ratings from homeowners on key areas such as installation and customer service.
Chatsworth Windows and Sedgefield Windows received trophies and certificates from Rehau to mark their achievement.
