CMS at SFHA conference

Building envelope contractor, CMS, will be among more than 80 exhibitors and sponsors attending this year’s 40th anniversary Scottish Federation of Housing Associations (SFHA) Annual Conference, which takes place in June at the famous Dunblane Hydro.

As Scotland’s largest door and window fabricator and installer serving the social housing sector, CMS already works with numerous housing associations across the country, the majority of which are SFHA members. In exhibiting at the event, the CMS team is looking forward to strengthening relationships with these customers, as well as opening the door to new partnerships with even more housing associations.

CMS managing director, Andy Kerr, said: “Firstly we’d like to congratulate the SFHA on reaching this milestone of 40 years for their annual conference. The event has established a tremendous reputation within Scotland’s social housing sector with stimulating debate and great networking guaranteed every year.

“We’ve long supported the aims of the SFHA and its members and look forward to sharing the very latest on how we can help them improve the quality of their housing – new build and refurbishment. The wide range of building envelope solutions in the CMS products portfolio ensures we can offer great solutions towards achieving more energy efficient, comfortable, safe and secure homes. That’s why we’re keener than ever to be at the annual conference, making sure these insights are as easy as possible for delegates to access.”

Employing over 205 people, CMS operates from a 15-acre modern manufacturing and recycling facility in Castlecary, North Lanarkshire, with additional facilities in Kirkcaldy, Fife. It reportedly produces more than 100,000 window units and thousands of square metres of curtain walling every year.
