Cyncly refreshes brand and gets set for Fit Show 2023

First Degree Systems’ international parent company has rebranded as Cyncly, and is set to have a presence at this year’s Fit Show in May. At their Fit Show stand, leaders of the business aim to let window and door fabricators experience how a new period of investment and expansion across the home improvement space will benefit companies using its software.

“Our new brand, Cyncly, unites us and encompasses our passion to drive innovation to enable our customers to be more successful,” said Ron Crowl, Cyncly’s managing director for windows, doors and glass. “We are transforming the way our customers do business, enabling them to simplify complexity, grow sales, increase efficiency and drive innovation. Bringing together best-in-industry solutions from all our brands, Cyncly helps everyone in the value chain make their work and the outcomes for their customers amazing.”

Cyncly’s brands that operate in the window, door and glass sectors in the UK include First Degree Systems, Compusoft, FeneTech and Contract ERP. Representatives of those businesses plan to discuss their firm’s software solutions on Stand Q15 at the Fit Show 2023. The Fit Show is set to take place at Birmingham’s NEC from 23 to 25 May.

Greg Beachim, First Degree Systems’ sales manager, and the developer of Window Designer software, said that the rebrand was fantastic news for window and door fabricators in the UK. “We can now take Window Designer to places we didn’t even think possible as part of a small company,” he explained. “Cyncly gives us access to 2,500 employees across the world – each with their own special set of skills – who can develop the right solutions for our customers.

The rebrand has already resulted in improved levels of customer service for users of Window Designer, Greg added, and more developments are in the pipeline. “There are some great synergies between First Degree Systems, FeneTech, Contract ERP and Compusoft, and our engineers are busy collaborating to see how these will lead to solutions that will help make our customers more efficient and profitable.

“We are looking forward to discussing these with existing and new customers at the Fit Show in May, where we will have a prominent stand close to the entrance to Hall 9.” Read more about the business at firstdegreesystems.com.
