Date announced for Glazing Summit 2022

The 2022 Glazing Summit conference, for businesses throughout the fenestration sector, is to take place on Tuesday 18 October, organisers have announced. Like last year’s, the event is to be held at Edgbaston Stadium and Conference Centre, Birmingham. The one-day conference attracts fabricators, installers, glass companies and component suppliers, providing a unique networking opportunity.

Tickets to attend the 2021 summit sold out, as live events returned for the first time since Covid-19-induced restrictions. This year, organisers are expecting to welcome around 400 industry leaders, influencers and decision makers to the summit.

Momentum is already building, organisers claim, with dozens of big-name companies signed-up to sponsor the event. Sponsors include the locking specialist, Yale, which is a headline sponsor. Andrew Scott, the Glazing Summit’s founder, said: “There was a real buzz at last year’s Glazing Summit, and the event has already become one of the most important dates in the industry calendar.

“The plan now is to take it up a notch, and make it bigger and better this year. Preparations are underway already.

“The summit will confront the big topics head-on once again this year,” added Andrew. “If last year’s Glazing Summit was anything to go by, the 2022 event will sell out fast.”

Sponsors already on board for 2022 include MACO, Exlabesa, Unique Window Systems, Glazpart, Carl F Groupco, Shelforce, Caribbean Blinds, Business Pilot and Chase Taylor Recruitment. To get involved, visit glazingsummit.co.uk, call 01934 808 293 or email hello@glazingsummit.co.uk.
