Emplas saw double success at last week’s G14 Awards, taking away the trophy for Customer Care Initiative of the Year for its innovative customer information manual, while its retail arm, T&K, scooped Conservatory Installer of the Year following an exceptional 45% growth in sales in 2014 after a ‘major rebranding exercise’.
