TruFrame Direct, ‘the premium trade counter experience’, opened its new Hull branch on Friday 1 July, with Sean Chaytor, Lord Mayor of Kingston upon Hull, on hand to give a speech and cut the celebratory red ribbon alongside TruFrame managing director, David Firmager.

According to TruFrame, the day proved to be an ‘overwhelming success’ with ‘a good deal of business carried out’, as well as a BBQ and key product demonstrations.

TruFrame describes its trade counters as ‘a unique business model’ that combines a ‘retail standard of presentation, fixtures and fittings with all the products that any window, door and conservatory fitting team could ever wish for’.

As well as hand finished Liniar window and door frames, including the latest flush sash options available, also on offer is a full range of aluminium windows and doors, along with the latest tiled roofs and a complete range of trims, ancillaries and glazing accessories. With existing TruFrame Direct branches in Leeds, Telford and Orpington, the venture said to be ‘bolstering an already successful year for TruFrame’.

David Firmager commented: “This latest TruFrame Direct branch will help build on the considerable success that we’ve had so far, in what is a more premium trade counter environment. Prices are obviously keen, but product quality, range and exemplary levels of customer service will help us really stand out in a ‘me-too’ trade counter market.”
