Popular remote selling class returns

Tommy Trinder, the company behind Framepoint Technology, is hosting its popular remote selling masterclass for a second time, this Friday (5 March) at 10.30am. The company saw more than 150 window professionals join its remote selling masterclass in February, which it described as the industry’s first-ever masterclass on the theme of remote selling. The ‘Selling Without Home Visits’ masterclass seeks to demystify the process of selling remotely by dissecting a typical remote sales pitch. The event also acts as a forum for sharing tips, tricks and best practice gleaned from window installers who already sell without an initial home visit.

“An increasing number of our subscribers are hooking up with clients remotely, sharing screens and using our Framepoint platform to sell,” explained Chris Brunsdon, Tommy Trinder’s founder. “Installers are finding it saves them time and money, and delivers conversion rates that are comparable, if not better, than selling face-to-face. And, it seems, many homeowners actually prefer the experience!”

Attendees at February’s masterclass were broadly split 50/50 between people from firms that were already actively remote selling, and those interested in finding out more. Gary Bower, managing director of Saffron Walden-based installer Paxton’s Home Improvements, was among those attendees. He said: “We were very impressed with the presentation and content – very useful. Certainly, it’s made us consider how we might adopt these technologies at Paxton’s to interact with our customers – there are obvious business benefits.”

Tommy Trinder’s next remote selling masterclass takes place on Friday 5 March at 10.30am. Click here to find out more, as well as register for future events.
