In the five years since May 2010, Conservatory Outlet reports that it has tripled its turnover ‘while strictly honouring its one-client-per-region network business model’, founded a decade ago.

Within the same period, the company’s turnover doubled in the three years from May 2012, to Q1 of its current 2015-16 financial year – which delivered a 15% increase – suggesting that Conservatory Outlet is on course for its sixth consecutive year of significant growth.

“We’re extremely proud to have less than 25 ‘accounts’ yet still be able to grow our company and be among the top tier of fabricators by both turnover and frame count,” said Greg Kane and Michael Giscombe, joint owners of Conservatory Outlet. “More importantly we are privileged to be in partnership with likeminded individuals and businesses who more than justify the decision, 10 years ago, to never to supply more than one company in the same trading area.”

“It’s thanks to a mutual commitment to growth, which we share with our installer partners, that we have been able to double turnover in a short space of time without actively seeking new business, and without having retail representation in affluent areas of the UK such as Aberdeen, Essex and the South West of England, which remain untouched by our network. In this sense there will always be scope for our network to grow, even when we have 100% geographical coverage and no further opportunities for new business.”
