UAP strengthens team with new appointments

Hardware manufacturer UAP Limited has expanded its team with a series of strategic appointments across product design, technical support and business development. The new roles further reinforce the company’s commitment to innovation, service excellence and sustained growth within the sector.

Paul Collins has joined UAP as Senior Product Design Manager, bringing more than three decades of industry experience and deep technical expertise. He will be instrumental in driving product innovation and enhancing UAP’s technical capabilities, supporting the development of high‑quality, customer‑focused hardware solutions. His leadership and sector insight will underpin both ongoing and future product development programmes.

Strengthening UAP’s technical resources, David March has been appointed Technical Support Manager. With 25 years of industry experience, David will provide specialist guidance to customers and the sales team, oversee product testing to maintain compliance and quality standards, and support the introduction of new hardware solutions across the portfolio. He will also lead technical training for internal teams and external partners.

In the South region, Hayley Fennell has taken on the role of Internal Sales Co‑ordinator. With 10 years’ industry experience and strong product knowledge, she will help deliver consistent, high‑quality service to customers while supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of UAP’s internal sales operations.

Supporting customers across the West & Wales, Sally Regis joins the business as Internal Sales Co‑ordinator. Her industry experience and customer service skills will enhance day‑to‑day support and strengthen the internal sales function during a key period of growth for UAP.

Driving commercial development in the East of England, Donna Nash has been appointed Business Development Manager. With extensive experience in the PVC-U and aluminium sectors, she will focus on building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers while supporting UAP’s continued regional expansion.
