Safe as standard

The Rooflight Company claims that its sleek Neo Advance Skywalk+ delivers ‘best-in-market safety as standard’, making it ‘the ultimate choice’ for A1-category, domestic, walk-on applications. The product’s features include triple ply laminated glass, a laminated inner and an anti-slip coating.

The Neo Advance Skywalk+ is the latest in the company’s range of aluminium rooflights. Alongside its safety credentials, its patented Thermal Shield technology improves thermal efficiency and protects against condensation, allowing for a whole-window U-value as low as 1.19 W/m2k.

Steve Webber, the Rooflight Company’s managing director, said: “Walk-on rooflights are a creative solution to a tricky problem all architects face from time to time, letting light into subterranean rooms without sacrificing the outside space above. The Neo Advance Skywalk+ is designed to push the boundaries of safety and strength, offering exceptional U-values, G-values and thermal efficiencies. Now architects can specify with more confidence than ever before.

“The Neo Advance Skywalk+ may not be the first walk on rooflight out there, but we’re setting a new standard.” Read more about the product online, here.
