Composite doors have just got ‘greener’ according to Phoenix Door Panels, part of Masco UK Window Group, which is offering full, downloadable, fitting instructions for its products from its website.
As of 1 January this year, a three-page composite door survey and installation guidelines document can be simply downloaded from the ‘Technical Sheets’ link at the bottom right-hand corner of the company’s home page, at www.phoenixdoorpanels.co.uk
Haydon Statham, Phoenix’s national sales manager, said: “We felt this was an environmentally-friendly step in the right direction; it saves time, paper and lots of trees.
,“Installers can download and print off the instructions, which can then be used when they fit a number of doors, rather than having to throw away a set of instructions each time,” he added.
