DoorCo expands sales team

Leaders of DoorCo have made internal promotions to expand the composite door supplier’s sales team. Sarah Hayes and Adam Sullivan are now sales executives for the business.

“Following on from the recent announcement about the appointment of Michelle Kirkham as customer service and order processing manager, we’re delighted to be able to announce that Sarah and Adam have been appointed as our new sales executives, joining Mandy and Mark to create a four-strong sales team,” said Dan Sullivan, DoorCo’s managing director.

“This is an exciting announcement for a number of reasons. Firstly, both Sarah and Adam are valued members of the team. This promotion reflects their dedication and the great work they deliver.

“Sarah joined the business 2 years ago and has worked in our order processing team, so thoroughly understands our back end systems and the processes we follow to ensure our customers’ orders are delivered accurately and on time.

“Adam has been with the business for 7 years, and leaves his position as warehouse manager to move across to sales. Having managed the distribution side of the business, and also worked in manufacturing in the past, Adam has a deep operational understanding of the business.

“Secondly, our sales team are a central part of our customer’s service experience. They are the face of DoorCo and play an essential role in making sure our customers are happy and abreast of the latest innovations we have available. With their backgrounds, Sarah and Adam bring a wealth of understanding, knowledge and drive to ensure that realistic expectations are offered, and lines of communication stay open and transparent.

“It’s no secret that DoorCo has grown and evolved significantly, and we’re not done yet. We have big plans and we’ve been working hard behind the scenes to grow and shape our team with the right people to ensure we can achieve our goals.
