Business Pilot to demonstrate CRM system at Fit Show

Leaders from Business Pilot are returning to Fit Show this year, to demonstrate how the firm’s customer relationship management (CRM) system can create efficiencies, they say. The Fit Show trade exhibition is due to take place from 23 to 25 May at the NEC in Birmingham.

Business Pilot is to be on Stand S41 in Hall 9. As with previous years, the Business Pilot team has an open-plan stand.

“The Fit Show has always been a very successful event for us. Last year we had double the number of leads we had in 2019 and we are looking to build on that again in 2023,” said Elton Boocock, Business Pilot’s managing director.

“There are lots of pressures on businesses right now, and making your processes as efficient as possible is a great way of keeping on top of your cashflow. This is what Business Pilot is designed to do, and we receive daily feedback from installers who say it has transformed their businesses.

“Many companies have more than one branch, with each operating as a separate business function. Business Pilot now allows users to have access to the operations of all sites, or just a specific one – depending on the permissions given.”

A manager of a group of companies can study the profit and loss of each subsidiary business with a single log-in, according to Business Pilot leaders. However, managers of each company are only set to have access to their own operations.

Elton added: “One runaway success from last year’s show has been the integration of the Fensa API, which currently sees more than 1,000 registrations per month done from within Business Pilot, with a single button click. That number continues to grow and is saving installers countless hours and improving the accuracy of registrations at the same time.

“This removes double-entry, speeds up the registration process, and significantly reduces error – all of which improves an installer’s profitability. More than 6,000 Fensa registrations have been completed through Business Pilot since the API went live, and we expect the popularity to keep growing.”
