Iceni Windows marked its 10th anniversary in partnership with Rehau and 12 years trading recently and decided to share its celebrations with some of its most valued customers.
The Witham based company hosted a memorable event at Sandown Park with an exciting day of jump racing and hospitality.
Paul Foyle, managing director at Iceni, said:
“We had a fantastic year in 2014. We decided to focus on investment in machinery and staff so Iceni can continue to offer cutting edge products of exceptional quality and give fabulous customer service. As a result, we saw sales increase by nearly 40%, with both new and existing customers helping us to achieve this growth. It was a day for us to celebrate our achievements and to recognise the important part which Rehau has played in our success.”
Iceni Windows currently manufactures more than 600 frames per week in both the Rehau Total70C chamfered and Total70S sculptured systems at its 24,000ft2 factory, which is located alongside the A12 in Essex. This year, its ambitions plans are continuing with further investment in a third machining centre for PVC-U fabrication, two new 7.5 tonne lorries to strengthen logistics and ensure Iceni continues to offer a reliable and professional delivery service, and the company has exciting plans for a range of new products due to be launched in the Spring.
Rehau’s UK chief executive, Martin Hitchin, marketing and technical director, Gareth Jones and regional sales manager, Glyn Rogers, all attended the race day on behalf of Rehau.
Martin Hitchin said:
“Iceni is a real success story – a dynamic, exciting business which is building every year on a proven reputation for reliable quality and exceptional customer service.
“Rehau has been a key partner of Iceni’s since its very early days, so it was a pleasure for us to share our 10 year anniversary, not just with the team from Iceni but with so many loyal trade customers.”
During the Sandown Park event, Martin Hitchin presented Iceni’s three co-directors – Paul Foyle, Tony O’Mullane and Tina Beal with a certificate and engraved trophy marking the 10-year milestone.
