Get FIT to exhibit

fit showThe first of two FIT Show exhibitor briefing days will take place on 13 February at the International Centre, Telford, designed to help exhibitors taking part in the June event prepare their marketing, promotions, and stand design and build to ensure maximum return from the FIT Show.

Aimed at directors and senior managers of participating companies, the highlight of the programme will be ‘exhibition guru’, Austen Hawkins, with an all-new presentation.

Other speakers will advise on preparations being made to attract visitors to the FIT Show, in addition to a demonstration of the new advanced smartphone app that will enable stand staff to collect and customise data for visitors and to create appointments.

Representatives of all stand contractors will also be on hand to discuss services such as machinery and heavy lifting, stand building, electrics and furniture. An example of the shell scheme will also be built to allow exhibitors to examine the detail.

Paul Godwin, managing director of organiser, FIT Events, said: “We have an all-new programme this year for the exhibitor briefing day, designed to ensure companies prepare themselves thoroughly in the coming months running up to the FIT Show and to generate excitement about their appearance; a further day will be organised to train staff nearer the event. Interest so far is ahead of last year so I urge exhibitors to respond early to the communications they have received from us.”

A limited number of places are available for companies considering taking a stand at the FIT Show; please call 07854 131050 to register your interest.
