Judges of the Business for Calderdale Awards have recognised the John Fredericks team by awarding it with the SME of the Year Award 2023. The award was presented on Wednesday 11 October.
The window and door manufacturer is based in Huddersfield, and its leadership has invested heavily in machinery and product development, the business’ representative has reported, which has contributed to this success. The criteria for the SME of the Year category was to “show outstanding initiative, boldness and imagination in the enterprise, as well as sound management practices” and to “demonstrate a degree of commercial success that is exceptional for the size of the business”.
